Being present is in many ways an invitation to hapiness. But it is not easy. With all the distractions around us, it's hard to stay focused and awake to the present moment. When we're in control of the way our mind works, we can choose to stay in touch with our feelings and be more open about what's happening around us. This will allow us to live according to our values and get rid of unnecessary stress. Today Nick and I  share a few of our favorite ways to cultivate the skill of being present.
